Coda is a brand-new 40-seat neighbourhood European wine bar serving Mediterranean flavours, cult wines, and elevated cocktails.

We’re building a quality-driven, community-focused venue where passionate bartenders and warm, genuine service shine.

You'll be working alongside a Certified Sommelier, so you expect plenty of creative freedom and real opportunities to grow your craft and deepen your beverage knowledge through trainings and regular producer/suppliers meet-ups.

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced bartender as well as a strong floor all-rounder to join the Coda family.
If you can make a mean Martini, know your Tommy’s from your Classic, are able to talk through our whisky selection and love talking all things Amaro — we want to hear from you !

We are closed Sunday night, Monday, and Tuesday — 2.5 days off in a row!

Casual or Full-Time positions available for the right candidate.

• Valid working rights in Australia

• Minimum 1–2 years bartending or strong bar-back experience with proven product knowledge

• Master of classic cocktails is a must

• Confident wine knowledge and willingness to learn our Mediterranean-focused program

• Professional presentation and punctuality

• Positive attitude, team player, and great guest engagement

• Availability Wednesday–Sunday (no late nights, 10pm finish on weekdays and 11pm on friday/saturday)
